As we close out 2025, we would like to take a moment and look back on the incredible WANDA Moms and Alumna that we’ve gotten to know and learn about this year.
From WANDA Mom Shermagne Gutierrez’s story of resilience to create a safe and financially stable home for her twin boys, to reconnecting with WANDA Alumna Elisha St. Laurent, who has made amazing strides by earning her master’s and building her career at the City of San José, to recent WANDA Alumna Misty Gamez who, with the support of WANDA’s matching funds, was able to purchase her own home.
