At my core, I am driven by purpose: empowering communities, advancing equity, and reshaping systems to unlock generational opportunity – enabling everyone to rise. I first learned about WANDA through my engagement with mission-aligned organizations in economic empowerment, specifically at Stanford and through advisory roles with non-profit organizations. What drew me in immediately was WANDA’s clarity of purpose; to not just to support, but to invest in single mothers.
As a strategic advisor, entrepreneur, and global executive with a decade-plus tenure at Google, I have partnered with senior executives across the globe to drive transformation, growth acceleration, and cultural change. I’ve founded companies, built high-performing global teams, and served as a trusted partner to C-suite leaders. My foundation at Stanford, along with my cross-sector experience in corporate, technology, policy, and entrepreneurship, enables me to bring systems-level thinking to inclusive, scalable impact.
I’m inspired by WANDA’s model, which blends economic mobility, community, and leadership in a way that is both rigorous and deeply human. The organization’s integrated approach is a bold, systemic intervention, not just a service model. It aligns seamlessly with my own values and purpose: elevating women to be architects of generational change.
As a board member, I am most energized by the opportunity to help steward WANDA’s growth trajectory; expanding its reach, deepening its partnerships, and fortifying its strategic infrastructure. I’m committed to bringing a thought leadership lens to elevate WANDA’s voice in conversations around equity, innovation, and economic mobility. My focus is on sustainable scale, catalytic collaboration, and enduring legacy. At the heart of it, I’m here to serve the women we uplift—ensuring that our strategy stays rooted in their voices and realities.
I intend to position WANDA as a flagship model for inclusive, economic empowerment across my executive networks in tech, policy, and philanthropy. Through keynote speaking, advisory engagements, and board forums—particularly within Stanford, Silicon Valley, and global women’s leadership platforms—I will embed WANDA’s mission as a blueprint for bold, inclusive impact and a long-term investment in the socioeconomic fabric of our communities.
In this convergence of purpose and leadership, I hope to deepen my understanding of strategic philanthropy and nonprofit governance by learning from WANDA’s current board members (many are also Stanford GSB alumni) who bring a wealth of knowledge from their various backgrounds. In addition, I hope to refine my own leadership philosophy—one that increasingly centers equity, community, and systems transformation, so I can be an even more effective advocate for economic equity in all spheres of influence.
Outside of work, I’m deeply committed to the craft of writing—as both a creative outlet and a medium for influence. My work has been featured in Forbes, Thrive Global, and national publications. I’m drawn to narratives that challenge conventional thinking and provoke systems-level reflection. I’m currently reading The Ministry for the Future, a powerful exploration of climate, equity, and global governance which resonates deeply with my commitment to intergenerational impact and inclusive leadership.
