In 2021, WANDA engaged with Listen4Good to better understand our client’s experience with the virtual program through session surveys. We learned that clients felt positively about their overall experience. They expressed satisfaction with the content of the classes and felt respected, supported, and inspired. 100% of clients said that staff and instructors treated them with respect and 85% said WANDA met their expectations and needs. “a welcoming environment which has allowed moms to ask valuable questions and receive great answers.” The survey demonstrated that client satisfaction with WANDA remains high, even in its online format, and we recognize there is more to be done to strengthen the cohort network among our clients. We look forward to hosting more community building sessions as the pandemic wanes.
